Prostate Cancer Is the Most Common Tumor Among German Men

BERLIN -- Cancer of the prostate has become the most common form of cancer among German males, a new brochure from the Robert- Koch-Institute (RKI) in Berlin says.
The institute says that 19 per cent of new cases of cancer among men are prostate cancer. Breast cancer, with an incidence of 26 per cent of new cases, continues to be the most common cancer among women.
The incidence of lung cancer among women is rising strongly, the institute said.
